SERVICE INDUSTRY:
For years there has been a real concern
about the transfer of dangerous E-coli and bacterium and salmonella.
Especially when utilizing large one piece poly cutting boards,
where most foods are prepared. Over the last few years,
the cutting board industry has come up with different color
poly boards to be used for various food products to eliminate
cross contamination. Red for beef, blue for fish, tan for
cooked foods, green for fruits and vegetables, yellow for
poultry, and white for dairy, etc. However, more was
needed to be done.

Inc. was well aware and concerned with the above problem.
Our research and development department went to work on solving
the problem. Coming up with an "innovative solution,"
taking the cutting board industry to a "new plateau."
RoBe of IL., Inc. has developed a
revolutionary and unique way to connect cutting boards.
By means of the RoBe sanitary connectable "cutting board
system". Now two, three, or more sections of white,
or a combination of white and colored boards, can be joined
together, to form any kind of arrangement needed to cover
sandwich, pizza prep, and s.s. work tables. Using our
precision drilled custom poly cutting boards, unique connectors,
suction cups and table brackets, require no tools to install.
When the RoBe
sanitary connectable "cutting board system" is used
many other benefits become available. Here are just
a few.

If one or more of the connecting boards become soiled
beyond safe use during prepping operation, it can easily
be turned over or lifted off and replaced with a clean
sanitized one, while the soiled section is being sanitized
in the sink or dishwasher.
2. Any section
can be replaced when worn, resulting in great monetary
savings over total board replacement.
3. Being able
to change a section by color for a specific product
preparation without disturbing the rest of the cutting
board arrangement. |

large boards to handle. They are clumsy, expensive,
and almost impossible to clean.
